Google has sent invites for a launch event of Android Marshmallow, Chromecast 2.0 and new Nexus devices. These new products are planned to be unveiled on September 29, 2015, at Google’s press event in San Francisco, California.


e all love marshmallows and would do anything, just to have a small bite of those cute little flavoured mallows. This time, the treat is from the menu of our beloved Master Chef Google, who is planning to surprise us with the new version of Android named after our favourite mallows. It is called Android Marshmallow, which is the 6th major addition to Google’s dessert menu.
The new version of Android is planned to be unveiled on September 29, 2015, at Google’s press event in San Francisco, California.
The major changes included in the new Android version are improved fingerprint sensor support, better App Permissions Interface, improved sleep time by a new feature called Doze, and many others.
Master Chef Google is also preparing to launch an upgraded crockery set to taste the new Marshmallow dessert.
There is an upgraded 2015 version for Nexus 5, named Nexus 5X. It will be manufactured by LG and is rumoured to have a Qualcomm Snapdragon 808 SoC, 2GB of RAM, 5.2” 1080p display, 12.3MP main camera, and a fingerprint sensor. An upgraded 2015 version of Nexus 6, named Nexus 6P is also in works. It will be manufactured by Huawei and is rumoured to have a Qualcomm Snapdragon 810 chipset, 3GB of RAM, and 5.7” QHD display.
Along with this dessert delight, Chromecast will receive its 2.0 upgrade with improved features like multi-room support, faster Wi-Fi connectivity, enhanced audio feedback, etc. A new feature called “fast play”, will ease up the process of connecting devices to Chromecast 2.0.
Master Chef Google is well known for the amazing surprises given every year. Let us wait for what Google has in its goodie bag for 2015. The event will be hosted by Google’s new boss Sundar Pichai. It will be interesting to see what Google has to offer under his command.
