Ubuntu 15.10, codenamed Wily Werewolf, is being released. To celebrate this, Ubuntu is throwing a party in Florida on Saturday, October 24, 2015. See how to become a part of the celebration.
Ubuntu, the most popular Linux distro today, has reached version 15.10. “Wily Werewolf” is the code name for Ubuntu 15.10, and it is scheduled for release in October 2015. When everyone is excited to get it soon and try it out, Ubuntu is also throwing a big party in Florida to celebrate this achievement with all of us.
You will see Ubuntu Touch devices ranging from the Nexus 4 to the Nexus 10, all running Ubuntu. We’ll also see other hardware running the latest Ubuntu release, as well as its flavors like Kubuntu and Ubuntu GNOME.
Organiser Mark says:
Come join us for food, fun, and Ubuntu prizes as we raise our glasses to another fine step forward for FOSS and the pursuit of a higher ideal in operating systems the world over!
Hope you would love to celebrate. To attend and get more details, join the meetup –
